Ok so this morning I have woken up in a very bad place, slept for approx 7 hrs, only to awake with very bad arms and hands, oh I can still use them but are quite sore and swollen, I know exactly what's happening, the MS symptom's are engraved in my head, inflamed nerves causing swollen, burning and tender sensation's, it even hurt to put my hand cream on, but as I am a Nail Tech, I HAVE to put on my hand cream, can't let everything slide now!! I also am still suffering with what feels like a trapped nerve (sciatic) in the back of my right hip, not good when I need to rest as much as possible, can't win, move around and I get tired and sore, stay in bed and stiff and sore. So here goes another day in bed. At lease yesterday was my last day on steroids, so hopefully my heart can start calming down now. I am awaiting the arrival of my LDN, should be here today or tomorrow, can't come soon enough, I am as usual putting a lot of hopes of the positivity of LDN, god I hope I get some of that!!
