Well as the day as gone on it has been full of ups and downs.

I went out for some much needed fresh air this morning, me, hubby and our lovely dog, the sun was shining and it felt soooo good to be outside, when i returned from the outside world there was a message on the machine from my sister, she had no apology to make and was still pissed off with me for not babysitting last week, she had nothing to say other than that "it's not all about you and your MS" well enough said, she does not seem to understand, i don't know if it's guilt on her part or she does not care enough, who knows? Well it's time for me to get selfish and put myself and my health first, so if she wants to continue with this attitude then I will carry on on this road to survival without her.

The later part of my day was a lot better, i spoke to the pharmacy on Glasgow and they confirmed that my prescription for the LDN was being made up and would be in the post to me tonight, Ooooh the anticipation!!!
