A quick update!

Day 4 on LDN and this drug is helping no end. Yesterday luchtime I had a McDonalds meal, which was stupid coz it was nasty and rubbish, I think it had been left under the heat for too long and poss not at the right temperature, it did not taste good and by 8pm last night I was dubbled up with stomach pains, which by 11pm went on to be me being violently sick, after a very restful night with only a few hours sleep, a very delicate and raw tummy this morning, i returned to bed to get a couple of hours sleep, moved my work to this afternoon and low and behold I WORKED TODAY! I firmly belive that if i was not on the LDN I would not have worked today, the sickness would have pulled me so far back down that i would have had to rest for the rest of today and possibly tomorrow. So the strength continues to be bolstered!

I am tired now, but that's hardly surprising when I have talked for England this afternoon, it's seeing people again, a novelty for me at the moment! LOL

I also had a lovely chat with my mate Sally at lunchtime, so good to hear her voice and she is defin.ately sounding better.
