Day 7 LDN

Sorry didn't post yesterday, busy day.

Which brings me on to how i feel?

Well I can tell you that the LDN is working. However, when I rush around and think I'm completely fine, then no, I realise I have a long way to go. So, yesterday i did too much and have allowed the poison of the outside world to bring me down, which has made a few of my symptoms raise their ugly heads, only a little, but just enough to make me stop and re-educate myself. I need to look after myself ALWAYS, but especially because, this morning, I spoke to a lovely lady at Essential Health Clinic in Glasgow. This is the place that is planning to set up appointments for the Doppler Scanning procedure, then hopefully be offering the "Liberation Treatment" later on. This just might be the cure for MS and who knows what other nerve conditions? So, I will wait and see if it can be done here in the UK first. If, however, we reach the summer and it is not becoming available, then I will look at the other options, possibly Poland, Bulgaria or the USA.

So, it is now up to LDN to keep me getting stronger and me to get fitter and healthier in preparation for this possible surgery.

I am enjoying being back to work, if only a few hours a day. It makes me feel like a level of normality is resuming.

My dear friend Sally has had the LDN prescribed by the same GP as me. Thank God we have one of the better GP's out there. Can't wait to see what and when the effects are for her.

To all of you out there, have a fabulous and pain/stress/fatigue free day. xxx
