Day 10...Happy Sunday to all..x

It's 1pm already and all I've done this morning is get up at 9.30am, put the dishwasher on, do a little clean-up job in the utility room and have breakfast! Yes I must be better am doing housework again, Oh yes and talk on the phone for ages with the lovely Sally about how her 1st night on LDN has gone, WOW, she has slept for nine hours!! Placebo? maybe, but I think it's just the beginning of what LDN will do for her, you go girl! :)) After that I had a lovely chat with a fellow wannabe taking LDNer, you know who you are!! LOL and now it's time for lunch. Do I wanna go to bed and rest? Noooooooo Do I wanna take my lovely pup out for a walk this afternoon? Yesssssss, god this LDn is really giving me something back, more energy, better sleep and a true feeling of looking forward to going to bed and getting up in the morning, I can't wait to start each day and do as much as my body should do, while still healing from the relapse.
